The Scotland Future squad to face Germany in Mannheim next week has been named, with opportunities for several newcomers to the international scene.
Brighton's six foot two defender Adam Virgo, who qualifies for Scotland through his parents, gets the call, while Paul Hartley of Hearts and Martyn Corrigan of Motherwell are in a representative squad for the first time. There is also a recall for Jamie Smith, who joined Dutch team Den Haag in the summer from Celtic.

Scotland will be coached by Tommy Burns and Rainer Bonhof for the Game against Germany, which is the opening tie of the 2005 Future Cup. It will be played at the Carl Benz Stadium in Mannheim next Tuesday, 7 December, with a 6.30 pm kick-off.
